Terms And Conditions
All of our Pods are handcrafted and made in our own work shop in Norfolk. Every effort is made to create a perfect product for you. However if you are unhappy please contact us in the first instant sales@vintagepod.co.uk where we will discuss any issues.
Ordering
Each order is hand made to order, and as such can take time to create, we make 5-8 orders per week and have invested heavily in the latest CNC machines, however all of our products are hand made and finished.
They all come fully PAT tested on the day they are finished, with their own identity markings.
Returns
As a handcrafted item made to order, we are unable to accept returns, however if you are unhappy with any aspect of your pod, we will rectify it for you.
Damage in Transit
Please notify us within 24hours of any damage caused in transit. We will work with you to rectify any issues.
Build Time
We make each product to order and can make personal changes for you, we aim to complete orders between 7-10 days unless otherwise stated
Delivery
Wherever possible we deliver in our own van, however we also use DPD and DHL. we use extra strong boxes and fully insure your pod.
